COVID-19 Update
Our office will be fully staffed as of Monday 29 June 2020.
The Government has made immediate Modification Orders to the Oaths and Decelerations Act 1957 and the Wills Act 2007 in response to the restrictions of COVID-19, following advice from the Ministry of Justice. This means wills can be executed remotely, with the signing and witnessing done via audio-visual link (AVL). If you need a will executed at this time please contact us.
Other documents that need to be witnessed by a lawyer such as affidavits and relationship property agreements can also be witnessed via AVL provided certain requirements are met.
